Sauna

Out of sight, on the mezzanine level of the gym, our infrared sauna awaits you for a moment of relaxation.

The infrared sauna, of Japanese origin, takes the same principle but heats the body directly thanks to infrared radiation. It radiates dry heat, and the whole room is heated uniformly, unlike the classic sauna.

The sauna must be booked in advance and is reserved for hotel guests only.

Remember to bring your swimming costume with you when you stay, as bathrobes will be provided.

Rules

  • Swimsuit required
  • Towel or bathrobe required (to sit in the sauna) available at reception
  • From the age of 18
  • Shoes not allowed
  • Do not use the remote control or modify the settings
  • Prohibited foods and beverages
  • In case of problem, please notify reception
  • Maximum 6 people
  • We recommend 30 min maximum use followed by a warm shower in the room
  • You are responsible for your physical conditions of access and we decline all responsibilities
