Golf Abbey
Designed for the organization of professional events, our Abbey is the ideal place for your seminars, product launches, cocktails or Gala dinners. We offer a package deals including meeting room, catering and activities.
The establishment offers 1000 m² of rooms of different configurations, with natural light:
- A reception area, "Agora" of 500 m² in open space with terrace and lawn on the golf course with a capacity of up to 600 people for cocktails,
- 4 modular seminar rooms from 52 to 183 m² located in the outbuildings of the Abbey, with natural light and air conditioning,
- 1 character banquet hall with a maximum capacity of 150 seats.
Your meeting room is equipped with:
- WIFI internet access,
- A screen with video projector,
- Two flipcharts,
- Stationery (paper, pens, markers, post-it ...),
- Water bottles.
Our SWING, ALBATROS & BIRDIE Lounges
In these rooms, we offer meeting formats in:
- "U" up to 25 people,
- "Class" up to 40 people,
- "Theatre" for up to 50 people.
Our FORUM room
The Forum lounge, with an area of 183m², can accommodate up to 120 people in theater format.
A sound and projection pack including 1 console, 1 wireless microphone and 2 to 3 monitor screens is available to complete this offer.
Our ATRIUM lounge
The Atrium lounge, with an area of 193m², can accommodate up to 150 people in theater format.
A sound and projection pack including 1 console, 1 wireless microphone and 2 monitor screens is available to complete this offer.
In this lounge, we offer meeting formats in:
- "U" up to 40 people,
- "Class" up to 60 people,
- "Theatre" for up to 150 people
Our AGORA lounge
The Agora lounge, with an area of 580m², can accommodate up to 400 people in banquet format.
A sound and projection pack including 1 console, 8 speakers, 1 HF microphone and 8 monitor screens is available to complete this offer.
The agora also provides a 600 m² green space and a 200 m² terrace, which will allow you to do your team building activities.
